Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. We use reputable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Standard delivery within Australia is 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Express shipping options are available upon request — please contact us for a quote.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location. We will include shipping in your invoice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Returns

Due to the nature of PPE and medical supplies, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Damaged or defective goods will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect orders will be corrected at our expense.
  • Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
  • Email sales@yexinternational.com with your order number to report an issue.
