Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using yexmedical.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Business Accounts

Our website is intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions only. By registering an account, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business associated with the provided ABN.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current business information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders paid by credit card are confirmed immediately upon successful payment. Orders paid by bank transfer are confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured.

Payment Terms

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) processed securely via Stripe, as well as bank transfer. For bank transfer orders, payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yex International Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
